PLEASE READ !!! this morning i called to adopt a cat and the girl speaking with me on the phone was very rude and almost sounded like she hated what she was doing. that made me think with what do they do with the cats do they really get all the love? again the woman i was talking with was extreamly rude said that all my questions are answered their page, while the contact number was linked there for more questions and for help. i am not getting a cat from there neither am i keeping the veternarian theirs. all together very rude and dry. my daughter called for some basic questions becouse i was at work and phisically couldnt call. my daughter speaks like an adult, is never rude to people especially when calling/talking to a stranger. i raised her to acct grown and be polite and when the woman found out she was under 18 she completely changed her attitude for the worse "you know with a child im not even gonna speak and also in your form it was that you the child want a cat and i am not here for that. the parent needs to want a cat not the child" im sorry what, and why does the parent need to want a cat? i as the mom i am perfectly fine with getting a cat as i would be responsible for buying all the stuff for it, it would just be my daughters responsibility to clean and brush her. i do not recommend them because they were extremely rude to us. my daughter just called for some help with what would take to get the cat adopted and what to feed it. i am not coming back ever again. i hope u found this helpful.

Très bien accueilli café offert, la vétérinaire d'une Très grande gentillesse, ma expliqué se que mon chien ( Kiss) avait à son oreille et la cause de ses démangeaisons et malgré la barrière de la langue car je ne parle que le français elle a fait toutes la traduction et même sur la feuille de soins c'était en français, elle m'a même trouvé un vétérinaire qui parle français pour la suite alors vraiment un très très grand MERCI.
