We stay in it with a Comunidad de Madrid organized trip. This is the hotel selected to visit the Slovenian coast (Koper, Piran, etc.). There is nothing around the hotel, just a few houses, a petrol station, several big stores, and a few kiosks and a bar that close early.|You need a car or taxi to go to other places. Taxi fairs are not cheap, 60€ to Koper and 30 € to return to the hotel.|Rooms are right, but there are not blinds or thick curtains to avoid light, and the e terror light are 24 switched on, so if you are sensitive to light for sleeping, 5hat is not your hotel. We asked the reception to switch off the light at night, and they did it 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there. They were reluctant to do it because they say it was automated.|Breakfast was chaotic. In a small room of about 8 m2 it concentrated everything for the buffet. Long long queues of people all crouded in a very small place. Two coffee machines very very slow in serving the coffee. When you ask for refreshing the food, the waiter only know to say NO, NO. Very very nasty and disgusting guy.|Dinner was right, very diverse and with good quality. The only thing that is good.|Take care with the shower, it can flood the bathroom. When we told to repair to the reception, they did nothing.|If you are in holidays, this not your hotel.

La habitación básica, la ducha llena de agujeros en la mampara y se inunda el cuarto de baño y la comida inexistente en el desayuno con largas colas para llegar y que ya no haya nada y lo peor es que no reponen lo que se termina. Situación en la nada. Porque no hay nada, sólo un bar enfrente que cierra pronto

We did not visit the casino and did not stay in the hotel. We had a lunch in the restaurant. The lunch was good and the service was fast. One of us had a st manue lunch. Tge others took dishes alla cart.

Sólo se interesan en los jugadores que pierden su dinero, pero el desayuno es desastroso, no reponen nada y cuando se acaba la comida puedes terminar tomando sólo un café después de esperar 25 minutos por la cola que se forma

Fajny hotel, czysty, godny polecenia, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Jedynie co można by było się przyczepić, to szybkość uzupełnienia brakujących potraw na stołówce.

Personnel morose . Ne réponds pas à la demande du client par un manque de professionnalisme dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie. Doit faire un gros effort pour un accueil à la hauteur de l'établissement. Des améliorations comme un coin salon dans le hall d'entrée, pour pouvoir se détendre autour d'un verre en soirée.

Waren 2 Nächte da und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und aufmerksam! Besonders erwähnenswert war das Essen. Frühstück umfangreich, das Essen hervorragend, die Portionen mehr als genug. Das Personal gibt dir das Gefühl nur für dich da zu sein. Wir kommen demnächst wieder! Grüße an Dominik und sein Team! Ihr seid herzlich und zuvorkommend! Obwohl das Hotel nicht weit zur Autobahn liegt, ist es sehr gut gedämmt und in den Zimmern nichts von der Autobahn zu hören. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, so daß man die Fenster geschlossen halten kann.
