We lucked out with a wonderful tasting by the wine maker. The tasting experience and the tour of the wine cellar was enjoyable and entertaining. We loved the wines and left with enough to enjoy for our vacation.

An outstanding experience at T.I.L.I.A Estate winery. The tasting room manager was out for the day, so the proprietor (Matjaž) guided us for the tour & tasting. The estate itself is quaint & unsuspecting, and the wine and hospitality are first class. Matjaž guided us through 7 wines (a mix of sparkling, white & red), talking us through grape varietals, tasting notes & production method. The wines were excellent and sold at a reasonable price. I bought I case to take back home with me — I especially liked the Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris. During the visit, he also discussed life in the region and his experiences as a wine grower in former Yugoslavia & current day Slovenian. A fascinating visit & we appreciated his authenticity and passion. A must visit winery while in the region!

Vandaag hier geweest voor een heerlijke wijnproeverij. Erg interessante uitleg gehad van een gepassioneerde dame en eigenaar. Zeer variërende wijnen met veel diepgang. Het verhaal van dit wijnhuis is ook prachtig, een man die met volledige passie en toewijding dit mooie wijnhuis is opgestart. Als kers op de taart enkele prachtige wijnen mee naar Nederland kunnen nemen, we gaan hier thuis wederom van genieten. Bedankt.

Es war ganz wundervoll. Matjaz hat sich super viel Zeit für uns genommen obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Er hat uns viel über seine Geschichte und Wein allgemein erzählt. Wir würden es zu 100% empfehlen. Die Preise sind unschlagbar! Immer wieder gerne

The best wine tasting I had in years! We booked it in advance, and communiation was fast and pleasant. The tasting itself was very personal and we had such interesting talks about the wines. You could see she loves her job, and this created a very nice atmosphere in the tasting room. The wines are high-quality and explore different tastes and styles, but stay within their concept. Absolutely recommend this!

We didn't have much time so wanted to buy a small amount of bottled. The offered us a small quick tasting. Very delicious wines, the Rubino was our favourite. Would love to return again for a bigger visit.

Scrumptious pinot noir (and more... ). A really nice visit and local discovery. Mojca was both a gracious host and consummate wine professional. It was a sincere pleasure to visit T.I.L.I.A Estates with her as our guide. She was generous with both time and stories, and the wine, it thoroughly merits saying, was delicious. Got an interesting look at the vineyard on-site, as well as the cellar and tried lots of products. Well worth the price, highly recommendable.

Expérience de dégustation très instructive. La collaboratrice a pris son temps pour nous expliquer plein d'info sur les cépages, les mélanges, certaines méthodes de vignification. Puis la dégustation des vins relativement généreuse. Seul petit bémol les prix des bouteilles m'ont paru plus chers que chez des vignobles français.
