Danke! Perfekter Abend. Leckeres 4-Gänge Menü und dazu super leckerer Wein. Es wurde immer betont dass wirklich alles hausgemacht ist! Perfekte Gelegenheit um noch regionalen Wein für Zuhause mitzunehmen.

Lisjak winery is a truly special place. The wine is amazing and the food blew us away. This was easily the best meal my wife and I had while travelling in Slovenia for 10 days. It was even better than the Michelin star restaurant we went to. You can tell Peter and his family take a lot of time and care with the preparation of their food and their wine. I highly recommend anything in the steel casks although every wine that was aged was NOT over-oaked - just the right amount to bring out the character of the grapes, not hide the sins of the winemaker! I can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic place to go to!! Just walk by, knock on his door or call Peter on his phone (number is posted on the door). He will open his door, and his wine cellar. Both the wine tasting and dinner are a great experience! By far best in the area!

The end of September we had a great day helping Peter and his family friends with the Malvazija harvest. Good company in the beautiful vineyards. Afterwards we had delicious food and wines in the restaurant and a tour in the wine cellar. An experience we won't forget, thanks Peter and friends!

We went to this beautiful place during our vacation time in Vipava Valley and we were impressed by what the family has set up here. Food and wine were all homemade and that in excellent quality! We enjoy good food and have had many culinary experiences throughout the world - rarely have we been as well served as at Lisjak's! Our favorite wine was the Zelen, but we can totally recommend any one of the selection. We brought back home some of the wines, of course, but we've also asked at Lisjak's to take home some of the delicious homemade meat. If you go visit, be sure to get a tour of the wine cellar and ask how the ham is made! The family's fascination with the production is contagious! For us, the match between wine and food was just perfect, but really the whole experience at Lisjak's was a great one.

Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Wir wurden wärmstens empfangen und haben eine kleine Verkostung für unsere Flaschen Wein bekommen. Diese treffen genau meinen Geschmack!

Even a few days after my visit, still bothering to send a review. This is an amazing place to have dinner, in combination with (nearly unlimited) good wines makes this an absolute recommendation!
