I cannot speak more highly of this wine shop near the old city. The wine was excellent, David and Anže were so down to earth, and it felt like stepping into a different world from the main tourist area. They also do tastings (even if it isn’t advertised), so Please please please, if you’re looking for wine in Ljubljana, come here!

Fun selection of natural wines, quirky atmosphere. Haven’t tried the wines yet, but I have high hopes. Only wrinkle: pretty sure I got ripped off as the owner silently took off a 10 EUR price tag (thought I wasn’t looking) and then charged 16 and didn’t admit what he had done. Unfortunately a sour aftertaste to an otherwise good experience. Edit: cheers David. Maybe a mistake maybe a misunderstanding, either way, I am no longer around, so please have a cup of mulled wine on me at the market!

What a wonderful place for a glass of wine on a sunny day in the best part of Ljubljana! The owner is so knowledgeable and passionate about wines. I'd trust his recommendations any day. Please drop by if you're in the area - you'll get a designated chair to sit outside, too :)

Great wine shop with over 150 wines of small producers from Slovenia: Natural wines, orange wines, pet-nats and everything in between. Shop owner is very helpful and has a lot of expertise.
