Completely unpretentious, warm, welcoming, and casual. Feels more like a used book store than a wine store. If you love the fact that wine can be fine and polished or rough and curious or any other form, this is the place for you. Celebrate that humans have co-evolved with fermentation, and let David show you something new. Very reasonably priced glasses to try and something for everyone.

Izjemno mesto za nakup vina za različne okuse. David zna svetovati, izgleda, kot da ve čisto za vsako steklenico v trgovini, od kod in od koga prihaja. Velik izbor vin za pokušino na kozarček, tako da lahko kupite šele po tem, ko se prepričate, kaj vam ustreza. Možno je organizirat tudi pravo degustacijo. Če vas zanimajo naravna / ornažna vina, je David najboljši naslov za to. In to po razumnih cenah. Vsekakor ljubljanska točka, ki je ne smete zamuditi, če vas količkaj zanima vino.

I cannot speak more highly of this wine shop near the old city. The wine was excellent, David and Anže were so down to earth, and it felt like stepping into a different world from the main tourist area. They also do tastings (even if it isn’t advertised), so Please please please, if you’re looking for wine in Ljubljana, come here!

Fun selection of natural wines, quirky atmosphere. Haven’t tried the wines yet, but I have high hopes. Only wrinkle: pretty sure I got ripped off as the owner silently took off a 10 EUR price tag (thought I wasn’t looking) and then charged 16 and didn’t admit what he had done. Unfortunately a sour aftertaste to an otherwise good experience. Edit: cheers David. Maybe a mistake maybe a misunderstanding, either way, I am no longer around, so please have a cup of mulled wine on me at the market!
