An absolute shambles of an organisation from top to bottom. Cant get through on the phone? Join the webchat - which takes 2 hours to get through to speak to someone who won't answer your query. Website is like something from the early 00s and they take weeks to respond to your emails. Should be disbanded. A shocking waste of taxpayers money. A disgrace.

Dreadful website. I can neither enter some details or delete a duplicate registration - this shiny new website is a joke and the landlord pays if any unedited mistakes are processed.

Shambolic. Not exactly sure what I'm paying for. Payed this morning the new RTB rate on my laptop, did not get a receipt, tried to log in again on my phone, website does not accept the correct password, tried to reset password, this does not work although the criteria are correct. Advises that I'm locked out, Try to call, currently on hold 30 mins , asked to go to web chat, web chat not available. Attempt to log in again on laptop and I can log in with original password. I would question the Website security safety here, how can I be locked out on one devise but not another?? Still on hold , 35 mins and being advised someone will be with me shortly. Really??

Received excellent free advise to help my housemates and I show our landlord how they were being unreasonable and breaking the law. The RTB provided great assurance and back up and helped us massively on mediation. I believe the 1 star reviews are from landlords who are not getting their own way for the first time.

If you live in Ireland and have all these problems just imagine how much more difficult it is to deal with from abroad. Even though the old website had all my contact information it was only by trying to login that I was made aware of the new website and new registration requirements. Letting me know in good time would of course allowed me to avoid a 100% fine which I had to pay. Reminds me of the NPPR tax and 100% late fines. State sponsored highway robbery. Apparently I should have read the Irish Newspapers as it was all announced in there.

After putting up their prices from 90 Euro for 6 years to 40 per year the systems are still shambolic and that nearly 300 % 0f a rise and no one can dispute that They can't answer the phones , they hang up on Web chat because the agents have no expertise I'm 3 weeks looking to get my new login and I've tried several times but the cannot send me an e mail with the link. They should be shut down , why have we got to use them . They don't resolve anything for either landlords or tenants Civil servants in cushy jobs doing nothing..... get rid of it , taking our money that's all they do

Archaic set up who serve only to protect tenants who happily leave properties in tatters and threaten court proceedings if full bond is not returned, I feel sorry for our country that this type of mentality is allowed to prevail over what is right and just.

It is a very unprofessional service..... The incorrect address was put on the rental dwelling and when I contacted them to correct this I was told they had amended same.. Six months later when I looked it up on the website I noticed that the original incorrect address was still there. When I asked to change it they advised that they would send me a form as their mistake it could not be done over the phone.. This was after spending approximately an hour between the phone and web chat trying to make contact. Now I am told that the yearly registration will cost 40 euro What a joke a terrible service...it seems to me that when asked a straight forward question the agent reads an answer from book which has at times little relvance to the question asked .
