We contacted the tenancy board on behalf of our Son and his partner to get our deposit back for a property they were renting in Dominic street lower. The property was managed by kpm whom are a disaster to deal with. The residency board were great to deal with from start to finish and we did get our deposit back. Thanks

What a terrible website. Won't allow me link my existing registration saying they have no record of it. No wonder landlords are selling up with this extra hassle and incompetence.

Very Hard to communicate with. From Foreign people unable to assist to not being listened to then incorrect information to being emailed on Sat from the registration dept saying please contact the phone number when there not open Saturdays. Not surprisingly estate agents are having up managing property's and landlords selling up instead of dealing with Rtb.

A joke of an organisation. After 10 years of an atrocious website the unveiled their new and improved website. Can't process payments. You'll eventually have to ring them to manually process payment or get technical advice. Doubled their fees from April. Helpful on the phone but an awful mess to deal with.

Extremely bad service online system very difficult to understand and then it takes 39 minutes to get them in the phone. Also can’t take payment over the phone by card and refuse to give a reference number for the call.

New website is terrible. Wasted countless hours trying to get a registration linked, and now the website has a bug and won't accept new registrations. Badly setout and options don't work. For example, when a tenant leaves, the website tells you , you must submit a termination notice within 30days. Simple not correct

Can't even do simple things right like update a tenant registration. Confirmed they had updated a tenant registration then tried to fine later when tenant contacted them for not registered same tenant. When it was them who didn't update the tenants. And not a bit of an apology. Absolutely useless.

What a shower of incompetent, rude civil servant staff these are. Shame organisation, another money racket that does nothing to give one stress and heart ache. If you are dealing with these as a landlord I would highly recommend to get lawyer and call your local TD.

Fantastic, very professional and very helpful Staff, great choice of knowledgeable Adjudicators and Tribunal judges. Easily saw through the lying party I was facing and provided a superb Determination Order. Big thanks to all involved.

Absolutely abismal website to use!!! Can't use it on a mobile device. Doesn't let you update anything without further problems. Put some funds into updating the terrible webpage. An app maybe would be good.
