Less than useless, waited over 30mins to speak to someone, only to be directed to their website. Told the girl on the phone I didn't really understand the legal jargon, only to be referred to the website again. Absolute waste of time and money, complete an utter money racket.

Absolutely shocking service have sent numerous requests asking them to ring me, haven't been able to register a tenant since September. Tried ringing and left on hold for over 30 minutes. Their website is not fit for purpose.

Embarrassing organisation. Have been trying to get an issue sorted since August 22. They reply to emails once a month. CC the department of housing when emailing these clowns, let them see what we are dealing with.

Would give 0 if possible, so far as I can tell they are paid to do nothing. Have emails ignored, get no responses to queries and when you manage to get through they provide no useful information. A bit of a scam as far as I can tell.

I’m shocked by the lack of due diligence with their account signing up process. Firstly you’re promoted to create their email address as a “safe sender” for email verification purposes but you still, do not receive the email. I mean this is just the first step, I’m not sure what lies ahead but I’m pretty terrified thinking about how many calls and emails I’ll have to send/make just to register my tenancy.

Worse Irish Service I have ever met Incompetent, ignorant, rude and a total lack of empathy You would think they are actually here to bring you a bit of support, enlightnment or whatever while you are getting kicked out rudely but noooo! I have seen them reply in 1 day to the landlady that was threatenning to hire people to deal with me, while i was sending 5 messages a day to get an answer at 20% of time. Worse, they actually did send my dispute resolution note to the place i was kicked from and was disputing for :'( . I wish the whole RtB to get fully reformed and those people actually trained to be competent and human.

NO STARS. Agree with everyone total disaster. Still sending me threatening letters for apartment sold in 2017 😡 Have received to date 8 threatening letters for current apartment even though I sent a letter with cheque enclosed because I couldn’t pay on line. What are we paying for??? A service that doesn’t exist. Website a complete joke. The whole thing is a mess.

Appalling service, Have been emailing for 2 months - they only respond /acknowledge emails sent via the portal. I have sent 6 emails asking them to ring me - no reply. They want to charge me for a late registration for a tenancy I registered under their old system that was not transferred across correctly. Disband the org now. Don't deserve 1 star.

If you get in a dispute get a solicitor first. This guys are sloppy and useless. I got a decision of a mediation the 11th of November and you have 10 days to appeal. I’ve sent the appeal on the 18th of November with proof of delivery and they said that my appeal was rejected because the mediation took on the 4th of November. Were are their logic? Yes the mediation took on the 4th but that was only to give my statement and try to reach an agreement with the landlord but no decision was made then. The decision confirmation was received by email on the 11th of November. And logically is 10 days from that date as what I’ve read on their website. I think this RTB institution are hand in hand with the landlords

OMG what a joke. Please can somebody in government complete a full audit of this useless Public Body and find out exactly why they were set up because it certainly is NOT to help landlords. Their website was designed by someone who fancies themselves working for NASA. It is the most complex system I have ever encountered. Does the RTB actually have any staff working for them because NO ONE REPLIES TO AN EMAIL EVER and the phone is never answered. I am currently holding for 55 minutes on the phone. I sent an email on 5th Sept last and to date I still have not received a reply. Their system will not allow me update my new tenant details which is ongoing since May and I cannot get anyone to help me. Of course if there is any issue with the tenant the RTB will be quick to contact me I am sure. The RTB needs to be disbanded as it is not fit for purpose. Frustrated Landlord. BY THE WAY DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR ****NO STAR RATING****

I agree with all the negative comments...I am so confused about how to register my tennent...online going round in circles...the phone call stated ...register online ...etc etc....waste of time...the whole lot of them!!!!!!!!

I have tried to register a property on the website, however I cannot figure it out. I proceeded to try call them several times, current wait time is 50 mins so I abandoned ship!
