You’d have a better chance of winning the lotto than you would have of getting someone at the RTB to answer the phone to you. Can’t log into my account with a few months and can’t get through to them. I’ve had no experience with their staff but they do seem hugely understaffed which isn’t the best considering there’s a housing crisis going on

This is the worst public service entity I have ever dealt with. They took a double payment last year and over 12 months later I still haven't received the refund despite numerous calls and emails. Now no one even returns the emails or answers the phone! Disgraceful.

Does anyone work in the RTB? No calls are answered, no emails are ever replied to. Only thing I get are threats and demands for payment. By far the worst government organisation in the state.

No star if possible. Trying to contact by email to resolve the problem with registration but no answer. Call them numerous time and been waiting on hold forever and never got through. Website is so bad once you make mistake and can’t go back to correct it. What can we do to get through. Next year when the tenant are trying to claim their money then they will have problems. Frustration. 😡🤬😡😡

Simply the worst...As a landlord, we have been trying to register our rental online, on the phone, via mail for a year+. We sent 60 emails with all information, called, were asked to pay which we did...And they keep sending letters that information is missing, when it was actually sent 5 times and that we should write again by email...and they finally replied by saying that our applications unsuccessful and forgot to refund our payment...They have an attitude, are unable to communicate consistently (we interacted with more than 12 people and none of them speak to each other) and it is simply unacceptable that this institution exists at tax payers expenses.

Very disappointed and frustrated, despite repeated efforts to contact by phone and all efforts online to set up a new registration failing even though nothing had changed with the tenancy, at my wits end to progress things, going from bad to worse with no end in sight.

Extremely poor service - no one answers email, phone calls and the chat is switched off. How can I register the appropriate tenancy when each time I try to do it there is a problem that RTB does not care to resolve. They give landlord deadlines but don't offer the necessary service nor support to help meet the deadlines. Never come across a service so bad

Agree with everyone else, countless emails ignored and direct messages on the website but to no avail. Left on hold and my calls never picked up. What a disgrace. Nothing more than a quango. this is very frustrating. There should be a regulator or an auditor to oversea this. What are they getting money for? Now they want more money annually.

How does a landlord contact the RTB. There is now no webchat, seemingly no email address. I sent €90 in March, €180 on the 14/09/2022 my property is still not registered on the 29/09.WHAT are they doing in the RTB?Thank the heavens I haven't a dispute!

If i could give this service a 0 star i would. Never ever should a service be this BAD. Countless phone calls. No one is answering. " they are currently experiencing High volumes calls" is inexcusable. Getting onto my local TD now. They have the audacity to send out a renewal form and happy to stick a fine of €10 if its not paid by the end of the month but offer no service for landlords to make communication poosible to this service. The reset your email and password is A JOKE. This is disgraceful!!!!

An absolute unmitigated disaster of an organisation. Experienced problems identical to dozens of the other reviewers, trying to reregister a tenancy. Still unresolved after months. Who is accountable for this?! They need to be disbanded and a new organisation formed with different staff and management. How can they defend this?
