They are in my opinion a big big joke, its an absolute disaster and totally user unfriendly. Its impossible to speak to anyone and the email response was frustrating to say the least. They devote huge energey attempting to redirect phone conversations to the website. I wonder do any in PR take a look at the reviewes and notice a common theme

Complete joke of an org, I got a notice with a threat to legal action and imprisonment even after all payements were made on time. Please check your own records before sending such intimidiating notices to customers. There is no way to contact, spent 30 mins waiting on hold on the phone, chat option on the website does not work. I have sent an email but I am not too hopeful in getting a response

Worst website and online system I ever came across anywhere in the world.. No access to customer service. You have to wait hours for a response to a Phone call. Webchat does not work. email responses don't answer the questions asked but refer you to the website which is totally inaccurate. The information they have on tenancies is invariably outdated which has the knock on effect of denying access to the online account.

I have been trying for months to pay the fee due but the form keeps going into a loop. I have emailed on numerous occasions...it is well I am not in politics or I might lose my job through unpaid fees!!! This is an appalling service . . .Government bureaucratic bunkum.

Terrible and not fit for purpose. Wrote to RTB, used their website form, emailed them, tried to webchat to tell them again and again that tenants have left (months ago)…. and they are still sending regular threatening letters telling me that I need to re-register tenancy. If they won’t respond or answer communications what are we supposed to do? I saw someone comment that bad reviews here are from landlords who are not getting their way…. their way in what, having reality acknowledged?

Has to be the very worst organisation to deal with. Impossible to get to speak to anyone on the phone. Registered a tenancy online in 2019, but now have to reregister. Impossible to set it up as it won’t recognize the password, and no verification email received. It’s a shambles and the fact they cannot be contacted by phone or email is all the proof needed that they couldn’t care less. An absolute joke

RTB are not fit for purpose, the website isn't fit for use, it is near impossible to use. It won't let me edit my details and asks me to go on to web chat. I have now been on the phone in a queue for 3 days the online web isn't available, I have got the wrong advice twice by 2 people who don't understand english and I found it very hard to understand them . I've been hung up on twice before I even go to talk. Also I believe there is a data protection issue as it gave me other peoples details in error. How is an organisation that is given €90 PP and now wants €40 every year to tell them there is no change have zero staff. Who is actually getting this funding ?
