Disaster of an organisation! I'm a landlord and I've tried to register my property 3 times now with RTB and I've had just had so many tech issues. I've emailed them and I've waited on hold for 30 mins and still no response. It's no wonder so many landlords are leaving the market when this is what they have to deal with. We have to pay high taxes, we get no support from the RTB and now we have to try to register on a website that does not function. I think I'll be selling my property at this point along with all the other landlords!

Disgrace tried half the day to re register as they say I have to although I’ve been registered for 4 years now. Tried online chat as you can’t speak to anyone in person. Useless got nowhere .

They do not seem to know their left hand from their right hand I am currently getting letters once a week from them regarding a property I have told them numerous times is no longer registered. It is beyond a joke. I have responded to their letters numerous times but they still keep coming. Would not even give one star if that was an option but unfortunately you have to give a star to post a review.

One of the worst services I have ever encountered. It takes many many attempts to get anything sorted as you can't speak to anyone. You have to wait about 2 hours for the webchat alone. I would rate it zero but Google is forcing me to give it one star.

I have nothing good to say about anyone or anything here. The new website is a disgrace, they don't take payments over the phone, they didn't receive the cheque I posted. I have never had to work so hard to make a payment in my life.
I have been trying since January to register a tenancy and I can't get anyone to help me. God help anyone who has an issue with these guys.
EDIT: It actually gets better. They cashed the cheque I posted in February, but have been gaslighting me and saying I didn’t make the payment and nothing was received on their end, but they cashed the cheque. You couldn’t make it up.

Where do i start a completely unfair trial even though i had all the dates and evidence i was gone from the apartment with my new lease ect. The landlord claimed after i returned the keys several weeks later he opened the door and my belongings was there completely untrue since I was long gone in a new place. However they sided with the landlord and he kept my deposit. They declined another court date so i have no opportunity. I'll now have to take this elsewhere to get back my €900 I'm still owed. They waste my time.

What a FRUSTRATING experience dealing with the new website!!
I'm not even going to bore you with all the issues I've encountered in my dealings with RTB.
Needless to say, I've read similar accounts in reviews here, so no need for repitition.
The question is:
How long was this new system tested before its launch??
- It looks like not long enough, judging on my, as well as others experiences!

Desperate organisation, don't actually believe they do any work, no real role except to extort money from landlords - provide zero service to landlords, don't answer phone, webchat or emails. I'm now holding for over 20 minutes to speak with someone, anyone, while I type. No complaints email so you cant even complain. Been trying to link old registrations for months on their 'new system', they never even migrated the old registrations, leaving it to landlords who cant get thru on phone if any problems. New system badly designed, its a mess. So frustrating we have to put with this, wouldn't happen in the private sector or people would lose their jobs! Its a disgrace.
