We waited for an hour and a half for the tow truck without a call, after which we called the assistance again to please check what was happening. After a minute, the call was made, the gentleman on the other end was angry, sleepy, the conversation was a disaster...we waited another hour for someone to come. Terrible experience, I hope we are the only ones with such an experience and that we never experience it again.

The entire team was extremely professional and incredibly helpful - many could follow an example here. They supported me with all matters relating to the ARBÖ and organized a replacement vehicle within a very short time so that I could continue my journey without any problems.
