So hilfsbereit und freundlich! Hat mich nachts mit meinem liegengebliebenen Camper bei der Soca Quelle abgeholt, mir einen Stellplatz und einen Mechaniker organisiert! Zwei Tage später nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und dann auch noch am Ende meines Urlaubs ob ich einen schönen Trip hatte und gut nach Hause gekommen bin. 🤗 Es gibt auch noch liebe, nette & hilfsbereite Menschen! Alyaz Ortav.Apschleppdienst kann man nur empfehlen. Hatten am 12.juli auf pass str. Einen Steinschlag und konnten nicht mehr fahren .Der ADAC ließ uns komplett im Regen stehen.8 Stunden standen wir auf der strasse nachts und unwetter.bis dann Alyaz kam und der schleppte uns ab und suchte uns ein hotel. Ohne ihn Würfen wir heute noch dort stehen.der Club hat uns total vergessen. Vielen Dank auch seinem Vater der am anderen Tag das Auto fahrbereit gemacht Hat.ADAC hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet trotz Versprechungen. Der Club ist das letzte, den Mitarbeitern ist es egal was wird.jedesm al ein Ja wir kümmern uns nix ist passiert.ein Glück das es noch h solche hilfsbereiten Menschen gibt.werden wir nie vergessen.vielen Dank. We were on holiday in Slovenia and our car broke down. Ortis came quickly to provide first aid, and this at 11pm in the evening! It turned out that the battery was completely empty and we needed a new car battery. The next day they brought a new battery and we were able to continue driving without any problems. All the employees were friendly and very helpful.

Über den ADAC sind wir an die Firma Ortis in Tolmin gekommen. Aljaž ist ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter und freundlicher junger Mann, der unseren Schlüssel im verschlossenen Auto sehr professionell und ohne irgendwelche Spuren zu hinterlassen, herausgeholt hat. Sehr saubere Arbeit! Im überaus angenehmen und herzlichen Gespräch hat er uns zudem noch tolle Reisetipps für unsere Weiterfahrt nach Bled gegeben. Gäbe es noch mehr Sterne zu verteilen, Aljaž würde sie von uns bekommen! 🤗

Ima jedna izreka kod nas: :Kad je muka ajde Djuka", e mislim da u Sloveniji vazi: "Kad je muka ajde Aljaž". Posle saobracajne nesrece covek koji nam se odmah nasao je bio Aljaž. Sa slep sluzbom je auto odmah odvezao kod sebe na plac i posle 7 dana pomogao da ga dovezemo za Srbiju. Toliko profesionalan mlad covek, za svaku pohvalu. Hvala od srca za pruzenu uslugu. Zoran Zemun

Rent-a-car. An excellent service from Aljaz. We hired a small car from Ortis and Aljaz delivered it himself to Camp Lazar in Kobarid. No hard sell, no add-ons, very relaxed, paperwork took 5 mins. Brilliant! Just what you want on holiday. Car (Opel Meriva) was old but clean and just what we wanted, no issues. 39 euros a day plus small drop off and collection charge. Aljaz spent 10 minutes showing me on Google Maps the best places to go and the best waterfalls. Top bloke, highly recommend Ortis if in the Tolmin/Kobarid area.

The best person in Eslovenia. We got abandoned by our rental car company at night and with no car neither luggage and he helped us, stayed with us many hours to ensure we were getting somewhere to sleep.

Aljaz and his father went above and beyond for me. I rented a car from them first. This process was so easy and the car was super nice to drive. Then they found me two incredible cars, that were used but in such good shape and quality. They made sure to stay within my budget and offered me incredible prices for such an amazing used car. They took care of everything to do with the paperwork and safety checks. Aljaz answered all of my questions and text messages quickly and with any information I needed at all times of the day. They made buying a car in a foreign country so easy for me. I appreciate there help so much and could not recommend them enough.
