I was away in December for family reasons and was not home to receive the racun, when it came in January it was via a notary for 50 euro extra! I had always paid my invoices to all utilities, I have lived and worked in 6 countries and retired here in Croatia but after this episode I cannot leave these uncivilized people fast enough. I am seeking a refund at the moment for the notary cost if I do not receive it shortly I will be all over the web saying exactly how Croatia treats its citizens!!! Unbelievable seriously was not even here at the time!!!!
