Nakon obećanog dolaska , nitko nije došao, a ne telefon niti na WP se nitko ne javlja , znači jako ne profesionalno. Ne bi prepručio nikome. :-( Komunikacija "0"!! Čak je i mjesto rada bilo 1,5 km od njihovog sjedišta. Katastrofa.

Fast response on demand, good drain cleaning for a really unique price (price 20,00EUR for urgent arrival and 83EUR for kitchen drain cleaning plus 25% VAT). Issue became when they've been asked for new sink siphone instalation and they've said they can do it. Actually they didn't know, they've started totally wrong and because of lack of the time they've left with promise they will come next day (Saturday). They've said the shop sold wrong siphone. I've took siphone and went to shop where it was bought. In the shop they've mounted it in one piece without any issue and additional pieces. Bluemont installer told me at 15.58 that he'll come to install it that exact day if we manage to mount it yet when I've called at 17.55 and said that siphone is at home ready in one piece and just need it to be installed the installer who promissed to come the same day said he will not come because he is allready at home.
