Went in for change of car battery, mechanic was great, saw that we were in a hurry and quickly helped us first. Unfortunately afterwards it took ages to get "the paperwork" and pay. It seemed half of the staff was just wandering around, doing nothing. Can't say anything negative about the lady that helped us, but the efficiency was well below par.
