Ich kann Budseason, und allem voran den Inhaber Rok, absolut empfehlen. Schneller Versand (sogar am Feiertag bzw. den Ferien), freundlicher schneller Kontakt per Mail und richtig guter Service! Rok ist gerade dabei einen Garantiefall mit Gorilla Grow Tents für uns zu klären, weil die Qualität nicht so wie versprochen ist. Seine Updates zum Fall kommen immer ungefragt, kurzfristig und man merkt wie bemüht er ist eine gute Lösung zu finden. Hier wird Kundenservice richtig gelebt! Danke Rok! Auch für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ich werde wieder bei dir einkaufen! :-)

Very good overall experience. Quick response to questions and very fast shipping after purchase. Would definetly recommend this shop to all growers in Europe. Although there is only bank transfer and creditcard payment available, there was no reason to be concerned. Everything went smooth from first contact to delivery. Will buy there again for sure.

This is really a great shop with a fantastic support. I've bought an item that has a production fault. Roc was taking care and did the communication with the reseller and in the end i got 30% of the original price back. i highly recommend Budseasons 👍
