I hope, for your own good, that you are not a foreigner trying to solve anything in this place! The lady at the desk was speaking ONLY in Slovene. When I was redirected to a guy who allegedly was speaking in English he was quite impatient and I felt that he was not explain thoroughly what is going on. The real problem is not that the official language is SLOVENE, the real problem is that there are many of us who are paying the inssurance and need assistance too and if they do not speak english at least they could politlely ask us to come with a translator. Being treated nicely is all we want! Heads up for the guy at the informations desk who was quite helpful. Also the girls at the calling center were really nice. If you just want to ask for info, I suggest you call rather than coming to the center and ruin your day 😀

Izredno sem bil presenečen že pri sprejemu. Informator mi je z mirnim, prijaznim govorom pojasnil kako zadevo uredim. Tudi na "okencu" sem uredil vse potrebno brez problema. Tudi tisto, kar so mi obljubili se je izkazalo za pravilno. Prijazni. ‼️🙏😀♿️🚗👨🦽📲🚴♂️👨🦯
