4.8.2023 , najhujše poplave v zgodovini Slovenije. 80 vm vode vzunaj / 50cm vode / mulja/ blata v hiši. Uničel cel spodnji bivalni del. Nova hiša! Cenjeni gospod Matjaž Novak je ocenil da se je naša hiša čudežno sama pospravila in nam ni izplačal čiščenja, zavarovano imamo PREMIUM zavarovanje. Ni nam priznal niti uničeno zmrznjeno hrano. Kasko toplotna črpalka NIĆ ! Skratka niso priznali/ izplačali stvari ki jih mastno plačujemo. Pustili so nas na cedilu. G. Igor Vidmar zanič agent! To zavarovalnico bi bilo treba ukiniti. Te dni se obrnemo na AT izpostavo naj vidijo kakšen status ima njihova zavarovalnica v Sloveniji. Našim domacim Slo zavarovalnicam pa same pohvale - sosedje / prijatelji zelo zadovljni vse so dobili kar imajo zavarovano. Bravo . Prekinili smo pogodbo s to kvazi zavarovalnico. Podn od podna ! Najbolj slabša zavarovalnica glede premoženj,škodo sem prijavil in se mi noben ni oglasil hvala bogu da sem preklical pogodbo. Niti eno zvezdico si ne zaslužijo tako da nobenemu ne priporočam to zavarovalnico!!!

The worst property insurance dealer ever. And never select "payment in cash" as an option. Rather let them repair or choose a repairman or company to deal with the damage. After the thunderstorm, our roof was partially uncovered, and leaking on 3 sides. We preferred the cash for simplicity, but not forcing it. They didn't even contact us, just made a transaction that didn't reflect not even the costs of the damaged material. Who will repair the damage on the roof? Ourselves? The damage was around 1.000eur, they gave us 200 eur in cash. Now go on the roof yourself and repair it. They didn't want to hear about our appeal and compliments. They are extremely not professional and try to explain you that they actually covered the costs of the damage and it's your fault you chose payment in cash even though you asked them for advice. Also, on their website they state "please repair all the costs as soon as possible, after you report the damage with photos, so the damage won't increase." After you do so, and wait long time for the valuer to come and list the damage and create report, then they say, oh but we don't agree with the invoce the repair company generated. They require the pre-invoce (but they won't tell you when you ask them what to do when the damage is done). The other way is for them to first COMFIRM the estimated costs of the repairs. But as the same time being super unresponsive. They don't even read emails. I needed to call the guy and tell him dates and hours of emails, so he would find them and then he said, ohh sorry we didn't see those emails. They didn't consider them nor reply to them. This is the worst experience I had with any insurance company until now in many states.
