My friend had scheduled this massage 3 weeks in advance. She confirmed our appointment and massages the day before. When we arrived my friend was greeted by a male therapist. She previously asked for two female therapist. They stated there was no preference on the reservation. There absolutely was and seems that this would be something that you would want to confirm for the comfort of the guest. I switched with my friend as it wasn’t as much of a issue for me. However, they did not have me down for the massage I asked for. And turns out, plot twist, that the therapist that I originally had was the only person that could do the particular massage that I desired. So I declined the massage. It does not seem like this establishment has it together. I would expect more professionalism for the prices they charge. The only reason I gave a 2 is because the therapist were nice...🤷🏾♀️

WOULD GIVE -100 STARS IF POSSIBLE due to the most unprofessional and insanely rude staff I have ever encountered. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Total criminals who do not value customer service and will take advantage of your money the first chance they get. Also, a mediocre massage at best. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience with the staff and services! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are crooks just trying to steal your money. There are many other spas in Houston that are much more accommodating with better services. Will never be returning here.

I am sitting in the relaxation room after my massage. If you are expecting an impressive spa experience, then Massage Envy would be a far better choice than this. I paid for a 50 minute massage for both my wife and I, but it lasted less than 40. The massage was horribly underwhelming. I can now understand why they automatically charge gratuity. For this price, ZaZa or The Houstonian are far better options for quality, service, and experience.

I was staying at the Hilton across the street. Wanted to get my nails done at the spa in the Hilton, but the manicurist wasn't available so they made me an appointment at the Marriott Pure spa for a shellac manicure. It was $65 was suppose to be an hour manicure took 25 minutes at the most. She was suppose to soak my hands and give me an arm massage. That didn't happen. If i could give 0 stars I would but i can't without writing a review. My nails are already peeling off it's the same day. Got them done at 4:30 It's 11 at night. Shellac is suppose to last at least a week.
