Terme con scelta di fare parco family per bambini , terme relax, e saune almeno età 16 anni e saune al piano di sopra termalya. E Orhidelia . Senza costume ma si può portare. un asciugamano che ti danno loro nella sauna. Selservice dentro. Molto belle..

Auch für mich: die schönste Therme in der ich je war. Doch leider bin ich auch noch nie so gefroren wie in dieser.. und das im Mai 2023. Das Wasser hatte keine 30 Grad - im Außenbereich konnte man gar nicht schwimmen, lediglich die kleinen Becken (Orchidelia) hatten womöglich 32 Grad. Auch die Liegeflächen waren sehr kalt, wir haben uns mit Bademantel und Handüchern zugedeckt. Sauna und Aufgüsse sind absolute Spitzenklasse. Wir würden ja sehr gerne wieder kommen, aber leider geht das bei diesen Temperaturen nicht… Jedem dem Kälte in der Therme nichts ausmacht, sollten hinfahren. Das Konzept ist wirklich wunderschön und einzigartig… und mittlerweile kennen wir schon sehr viele Thermen.

Memorable experience in very thoughtfully elaborated place. Super stellar personnel. Vast variety of available buffet breakfast. Gold medal for underground passage network. Lucky to be there before the weekend.Low attendance made it more enjoyable. Few things that would make me return more often and stay longer. Sotelia Hotel (4 **** plus ) should not charge garage fee for its guests. ( Although 7€ a night is very cheap, that's reason more not to appear hoStel style cheap.) Room price includes limited pool & sauna access. The rest is additionally charged.Make it all inclusive or nothing at all.On departure day hotel offers 1 single entry (no exit allowed) to pool area. Wow,thanks.... ( Inspired by RyanAir ? ) There should be visible all amenities availability chart .( Similar to ski runs/lifts )Web site warns about Orhidelia external pool works but no prior notice of Green steam sauna out of order, big Fnnish "wind" sauna closed and external small whirlpool jets not functional. Still , lots of places to go to but small malfunctions ruin general top notch appearance. Again, place like no other but could be simpler,better -------------------- 27 APR 23 Below answer from Olimia management proves how important is customer service. Madam Pušnik took time to answer in constructive ,realistic and professional manner. 4 star do not do justice as it shows 80% satisfaction.It would be more fair to give 95 out of 100. Olimia is and tries hard to be establishment firmly on top with many others are looking at. Will happy to be back regardless of small squeaky things. All the best

Very expensive. Go from Monday to Thursday. Friday to Saturday almost 30% more. That said, it had great pool for kids, slides, playground for dry time, playground with pool and sand for little ones... For a whole day, was worth it.

Very nice place, although access to different kinds of spas and parts should be explained better. It should be possible to access parts that have not been paid for in advance (should you change your mind during the stay), which would be charged for while leaving.
