Lovely!!! All the nurses were very nice and gentle, the doctors are good! Just avoid asking questions to the receptionist, because he is pissed off all the time, unless you are a female human, then he is super nice.

Medicinska sestra, prisotna na študentskih sistematiskih pregledih zelo nesramna, poniževalna in neprofesionalna.

Very nice of them to offer “Sistematski pregled” for students, for free… The nurse that was “in charge” of sistematski pregled was very rude tho.. I asked her a basic question and she basically startet yelling at me and said “its degrading for her to explain this”….I mean?? I thought she was supposed to have skills for working with people..

I went to the dentist because I had a toothache and two holes appeared in my tooth. The dentist didn't even listen to me. Tired of life and offended, he said the only thing he could do was rip the nerve out of my tooth (without even examining the tooth!). When I asked about the holes, he told me to go back to my country and go to the dentist there. My hometown is 1200 km away :) It was the first time I was treated like this by a doctor. No help for foreigners. No desire. I asked where I could put the filling in and how much it cost, he replied that he didn't know. How does a dentist doctor not know how much such basic services cost? I had the opportunity to see Dr. Bojan TERZIĆ and I honestly do not recommend it.

Obupni razen izjem. Neposlušajo pacienta, se ne oglašajo na telefon, vzdihujejo pri pogovoru kot, da je največja muka govoriti s pacientom ( sama dnevno govorim z neštetim številom pacientov in dobro vem kakšna je njihova komunikacija). Nepripravljeni pomagati.

Katastrofalen odnos že samo prek telefonskega pogovora. Sogovornica na liniji sploh ni poslušala kakšno je bilo moje vprašanje, začela je pametovati še predenj sem ji do konca razložil celotno situacijo. Predlagam ji, naj ne meče vseh študentov v isti koš, saj bi s poslušanjem in spoštljivo komunikacijo do človeka celotno izkušnjo poenostavila za oba udeleženca v pogovoru.

Zelo zadovoljen s svojo osebno zdravnico. Včasih je težko dobiti koga na telefon, a napišeš mail in dobiš odgovor in termin v parih urah.
