I had an incredible experience purchasing my fiancé's engagement ring from Zlatarna Sterle in Vic center. Anja from the staff was one of the most professional and friendly people I've talked to! She gave me really good recommendations for which ring to buy, how to size it, etc. She made the process a really enjoyable experience and for that experience and also the quality of the products I highly recommend Zlatarna Sterle.

Brought the ring because it would need to be reduced. The lady first tells me that she doesn't know if it's even possible, but in the end I should go to the place where I bought it. I will...and with the next purchases I will do the same.

A disaster. My husband bought me a set of necklace and bracelet, they sold it to him as white and yellow gold, then after one wear there are stains on the bracelet and when he took it back he was told that it was only gold plated and not gold. A disaster indeed. But he paid almost 500 euros for the set. I DO NOT ADVISE!!!

Po dolgem prečesavanju ljubljanskih zlatarn. Iskal sem prstan po sistemu (pade mi v oči in ta je pravi). Po ostalih odzivih prodajalcev nikakor nisem dobil tistega. V nakupovalni center Vič sem šel čisto B.V. Odločil sem se, da stopim pogledat še v zlatarno. Gledam in pristopi prijazna prodajalka.
