The service provided was good, but communication with the Mlaka Implantology Center is very poor. First, they lost our documentation, and then we encountered the arrogant and rude behavior of the staff. The report we received had neither a header nor a signature, which is unprofessional. When we called and asked for more information, they turned us down and told us that they don't need such customers. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers.

I chose the implantology center to pull out the lower four, and as a critic, I am ready to give well-deserved compliments. The operation took place without complications, quickly and without pain. I had no problems with the recovery process either. I received appropriate instructions for the treatment and was very satisfied with the attitude of the employees. I must say that so far the health workers employed deserve a lot of praise for their professional attitude and work. I will know more in a year when the wisdom teeth are removed and I plan to reevaluate.
Recently, however, I had a bad experience with an individual at the reception. In a polite and non-intrusive way, I wanted to express my concern about the extraction date of the eights, but in return I received a forceful attack and a truly horribly unprofessional attitude. I felt extremely attacked and distracted. It's not at all surprising to me that people can be hard on the front desk staff and I can understand and even relate to the downsides of this situation. However, I find it extremely inappropriate and disrespectful that an individual chose this approach with me, because I did not show any signs of rudeness or rudeness. Even during the "conversation" itself, I tried to express myself as appropriately as possible, but at the same time I say what I think and I don't let the person attack me endlessly. I felt like an individual wanted to take out their frustrations on me and silence my concern with rude behavior. I did not appreciate this interaction in any way and decided to do a Google review, which I never do otherwise. I'm not really a person who uses such methods, so you can guess how outraged I am. Maybe the individual's attitude differs because this time I was not in the role of a self-payer, but a regular patient. Even the date for the extraction of eights tells me something about it. The rest of the reception staff have been professional so far and do not deserve any criticism.
Because I feel that this bizarre and tasteless interaction should not overshadow the work of the rest of the collective, and because I can critically evaluate the center as a whole, with the incident in mind, I decided to rate it 4 stars. Despite everything, I will allow the option that the individual was having a bad day and it was just a moment of weakness, or that the whole thing was said in affect. We'll see...

Svoje izkušnje tukaj preprosto ne morem prehvaliti (odstranitev modrostnega zoba). Prvi zob sem šla odstraniti na drugo kliniko, kjer nisem imela najprijetnejše izkušnje (premalo anestezije, nečloveški pristop, težje okrevanje). Na podlagi več pozitivnih mnenj sem se odločila za Implantološki center in mi ni niti najmanj žal. Prijazno osebje, ki me je dejansko upoštevalo, čista klinika, takoj sem prišla na vrsto, poseg je bil zelo drugačen od prejšnjega, predvsem pa manj neprijeten. Tudi okrevanje gre zaenkrat precej hitreje, nisem v tako obupnih bolečinah kot za prejšnji zob, pa čeprav naj bi bil sedajšnji malo bolj kompliciran. Uglavnem, mojih 5 zvezdic in kapo dol. Hvala za človeško obravnavo in potrpežljivost. :)

13. Februarja letos sem se naročila pri vas za pregled in posvet v zvezi z implanti. Dobila sem termin 13. September 2023 ob 15. uri ( kot navedeno spodaj v emailu).
Prišla sem kot dogovorjeno, a vas žal ni bilo ta dan v ordinaciji. O tem me nihče NIKOLI ni obvestil. Kako to? Rekli so mi, da boste nazaj 19. Septembra, a jaz žal več nisem bila v Sloveniji takrat.
Neki drugi zdravnik (mislim, da mu je ime Klemen Grum Toni) mi je želel pomagati in ponudil, da me on pregleda, me povabil do sprejemnice in mi rekel naj izpolnim obrazec.
Dobila sem obrazec, ga začela izpolnjevati. Ena od zaposlenih je trdila, da sem bila sigurno obveščena o spremembi datuma. Vprašala sem jo, naj mi pove kako sem bila obveščena, a sem ostala brez odgovora.
Nato mi je nekdo (žal vam ne morem povedati kdo, ker sem gledala v obrazec, a bilo jih je 5 ki so bili zbrani ob mizi,) rekel »pojdite ven«. Nisem mislila, da je meni namenjeno, ker je neka gospa vstopila za menoj, zato sem jo ignorirala in nadaljevala z izpolnjevanjem obrazca. Čez nekaj trenutkov, je ponovila zahtevo: »Pojdite to izpolnit ven, ne mi tukaj delat gužvo.«
Nato sem spoznala, da je to namenjeno meni, pa sem ji zacudeno rekla, da me je zdravnik ravno povabil noter in mi dal obrazec, da ga izpolnim. »No«, je reka,« zdaj vam pa jaz pravim, da pojdite ven!«
Odšla sem iz Vase klinike, takega ravnanja in tona z menoj ne dopuscam nobenemu.
Lepo vas prosim, a je to način? A se sedaj s strankami v Vaši kliniki tako pogovarjate? Potem, ko nekdo iz Avstralije prilagodi obisk v Sloveniji glede na datum pregleda v Vaši kliniki?
Zelo sem razočarana in užaljena tako nad obnasanjem zaposlene na recepciji kot nad malomarnostjo glede obveščanja glede spremembe termina.
Želela bi dobiti opravičilo obeh odgovornih za nastalo situacijo, mislim da je to res najmanj kar lahko v tem trenutku zahtevam. Mislim, da oba zaposlena kvarita Vaš ugled.

This is my first time in a Slovenian dental clinic and this is my first experience. The system for making an appointment with a doctor is automated and works accurately without failures. I did not see a long wait or painful red tape. Everything was on schedule and without fuss. The staff speaks English without problems. The price wasn't over the top, but it wasn't cheap either. Modern equipment and the best technologies for the manufacture of teeth crowns. Modern x-ray equipment. Parking for 20 cars. The waiting area is a little small, but maybe it's temporary. The first impression is positive.
